Stripe payment

I processed a stripe payment on Saturday and it shows under card transactions.  The original dollar amount shows along with the amount after the fee.  Where is the payment??  Is there another step?

    Hi Alisa, I'd be happy to help. If this is your first Stripe payout, it will take approximately 5-7 business days for the payout to post to your linked bank account. If you've received Stripe payouts already, you'll receive a payout within 1-2 business days. You can check the status of the payout under Reports > Payouts. Let me know if you have any questions!

    Hi Gillian,

     

    I've been waiting 6 business days for my first payout.  I already had a stripe account set up, however I don't know if it's linked to Simple Practice.  The payout report is not showing that any funds have deposited to my account or that there are even any funds in the process of being deposited into my bank account or stripe account.  What am I missing in the process??
