11 Days and Still No Payout

Hello! I set up stripe online payments and my acct was verified on Friday 8/7. I charged my first client card on Saturday, 8/8. I charged quite a few cards last week, after the initial card was charged. I have still not received any payout and the reports section does not seem to indicate anything clear/accurate or imply money in coming in (shows $0 and therapist estimate is totally wrong). Where is the money and/or when is it set to deposit?  Makes me nervous and worried about switching the rest of my clients over from square (which is so easy, quick, and clear re reports/accounting!).
