    I agree. I would like this option to be weekly or daily. Several clients have requested superbills at the time of service, because waiting a month to file for the insurance claim is costly for them. Please consider adding this feature.

    Hi Crystal - At this time, the only option for automated Superbill generation is monthly. If you haven't already done so, you can set invoice generation to daily by going to Settings > Billing & Services under Invoice Settings. You can also manually generate a Superbill from the client's Billing page > adjust the date range to only include the relevant date(s) of service > +Create New > Superbill.

    Is there a way to get superbillls sent out automatically every month? I am only able to have it automatically generated

    Hi Cristina - If you'd like to automate sending billing documents, including the monthly generated Superbills, to your clients, go to their client file > Edit > Billing and Insurance. Under the Email Billing Notifications section, opt to generate monthly Superbills and to automatically send email with billing documents attached, or with the link to the Client Portal.     Has SP made any progress on this issue? This is the most onerous aspect of managing my practice. Clients don't want to wait a month to get their superbill. I wish the system could just automatically generate a superbill after a payment is made. This way clients can just go onto the portal after a payment is made and print it for themselves. Right now I have to deal with extra emails from clients ether reminding me to send them the superbill, or they go into the portal and there's no superbill there unless I've generated it. It takes up more time in the day than it should and I really wish SP would address this. It has been on the idea boards for some time now and it's not clear whether SP is actually taking steps to implement a solution.

    Hi Kristel, at this time you can only auto-generate Superbills monthly.     Weeklies would be amazing.  This would save a HUGE amount of time for those of us that immediately generate Superbills for each client.  Most clients don't care too much about invoices, they want to submit to insurance.

    It does not seem like a huge task to add weekly if you are already doing monthly?  PLEASE add this to your system.
