Definitions on Progress Notes

I would like to use the pre populated note templates to train interns and new hires on how to write notes.  It would be helpful if the template included definitions to help with training and accurate note taking.

  I’ve done this for interns by changing the temporary text to instructions or just including the instructions in the labels (although sometimes that’s not appropriate or conducive to a final note), but the temp text works well for that.

  I also do that for myself to remind myself if I might want to include severity or examples or whatever.

  I should add though, that I would also love the prepopulated feature for other reasons.

  sounds like a good idea. I have interns as well and it takes a lot of time to explain each line and to have a hover over would be great.
