    There was not a Telehealth outage yesterday. Are you still encountering any issues accessing your Telehealth sessions?

    I see you began a conversation yesterday with my colleague Khanh. If you're still encountering any issues, please feel free to reply to his message letting him know the details of what you're experiencing and for which appointments.

    I'm a practioner and I keep receiving this message:

    This video appointment has expired or is invalid.
    Please check your email for the correct video link or try contacting your practitioner.
     
    I don't understand. I've been using it since the morning

    Telehealth is DOWN this morning and afternoon (Los Angeles). Hardwired into very fast ethernet. Two computers, two browsers...nothing. Won't connect. Patients unable to connect as well.
