Where is the customer service live chat and/or phone number?

    Hi Paul,

    We offer live chat Monday through Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm Pacific Time, with the following exceptions:

    • 10:30am-11:30am Pacific Time on Wednesdays
    • 9:00-10:00am Pacific Time on the second Thursday of each month
    • Holidays

    To access our Live Chat, click the blue question mark icon on the lower right of your SimplePractice account > click Get Help > enter your question > review the proposed Help Center resources to see if any respond to your question > if not, click Contact Support.

    While we don't currently offer a phone support line, we're always evaluating how to best support our customers, I want to make sure you're aware that we do currently offer a few ways for you to connect with a live SimplePractice Customer Success team member. Currently, in addition to email support we offer: 

    • Recurring online classes every day throughout the week
    • Multiple scheduled Question & Answer sessions each week with a live support team member
    • Live Chat Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm Pacific Time, with the exceptions noted above
    • Video call support by reservation

    While we do not have a phone support line, you can reach us any time by chat, as described above, and by email by clicking the blue question mark > Get Help option on the lower right of your SimplePractice account.

    Once we've had a chance to review your questions and investigate any background as needed, we're happy to offer video calls by reservation as well.

    This is utter nonsense. No phone number and the chat just links you to articles. Will be leaving this platform. Too much time wasted searching for answer.

    Hi Stephanie, to use our Live Chat, you'll want to click the ? icon to the bottom right of your account > Get Help > Ask a Question > toggle to the bottom of the suggestions listed > Need more help > Live Chat. Also, you can always request a call by submitting an email Help Request. We're always looking for ways to better support our customers, but for the time being we've found that scheduling calls, as opposed to waiting on-hold on a live phone line, proves to be a more helpful and efficient way to communicate with customers.
