SP must provide billing support for clients with European address--not doing so only means this costs them money and they don't want to accommodate clients. A dependent (student in the USA) can't change the address of the insurance policyholder (parents still living in Europe) and SP does not support billing for this. Their attempts to "solve" the issue via support was a waste of time, knowing that there is not "state" abbreviation for EU countries and their own software would reject claims. Either way, there is no way this has not come up and they seem to be avoiding a solution.
