    Hi Susan, I'd be happy to help. You can use either your home address or your business address to verify your Online Payments powered by Stripe account. Should you reach the filing thresholds to receive a 1099K from Stripe, your 1099K form will be sent to the address that you enter in SimplePractice.

    If we use our home address, will that information be visible to our clients?

    Hi Erika, the address you enter in Settings > Billing & Services > Online Payments for your Your Details isn't going to appear on any client facing documentation. The Statement Descriptor under Business Details; however, will appear on their Bank Statements for any charges you make on their card through SimplePractice.

    Hi Megan, if you can't save information to your SimplePractice account, you may need to clear your browser cache, or update your browser to the latest version.
