Is it possible to add a line of text that appears below the patient's name of the calendar view? Also, is it possible to show a confirmation for appointments in the calendar? I hold slots for regular patients and would like to note that we have confirmed the upcoming session, and have this visible on the calendar view at a quick glance.

    Hi Danielle,

    We're thrilled to announce our latest feature enhancement that enables appointment confirmation and cancellations via text reminders for clients! We're still rolling this feature out for customers, but you should see this in your account by the end of this week, or beginning of next. Once it's been updated in your account, you'll get an email notification, then you can go to Settings > Client Reminders > Texts and enable confirmations. Here's more information on the confirm/ cancel text reminders feature. You can also send your clients this guide on How Clients can Confirm, or Cancel Appointments over Text.

    To answer your other question, there isn't a feature for adding text under a client's name in the Calendar. Depending on what you wanted to write, you could add it as an Administrative Note in the client's file. This way, the message would stay pinned to the top of their page.
