I am thinking of adding a clinician to my practice? I know I can add them to my profile but I was wondering if it is possible to have two different accounts associated with the same tax ID?

    Hi Shareka, is there a reason why you'd like to create a separate SimplePractice account for this clinician if they're using the same Tax ID as you? If you need to file an enrollment for Payment Reports, or to file claims for certain insurance payers, it's best that you stay under the same account and you add this clinician in your account. There's no way to merge two separate SimplePractice accounts together and you can't both process enrollments with the same Tax ID from two separate SimplePractice accounts.
