    Is anyone else having this issue? I put claims through once, but then they go through unitedhealthcare multiple times, paying out, then subtracting the amounts. What is going on here? Is Simple Practice resubmitting claims?

    Hi Geralyn, it sounds like you maybe getting insurance adjustments, or clawbacks from the insurance payer. Insurance adjustments occur when the insurance payer paid an incorrect amount for the services billed, take the original paid amount back, then repay the provider the correct amount. You'll want to go to your Billing > Insurance > Payments page, click on the payment, click Download EOB in the top right corner to get details about what the payment, or adjustment was for.
