Icon that video link has been sent

Hi,

It would be really helpful to have a visual indicator that the link to a video appointment has been sent. We get an immediate notification but nothing that remains on the calendar, and it would be helpful to be able to login and SEE that the links for the sessions have sent. There are a range of ways Simplepractice could do that, such using an icon or changing the color of the appointment block.

    Hi Nona, you can always check your Account Activity log, or Reports > Emails Sent Report to see if your Telehealth email reminder was sent. The Emails Sent Report will tell you if the email was successfully delivered!

    Thanks Ruth!--that is helpful to know. And...it would be nice to not have to do an additional step, but to just be able to see that right on the calendar.
