    Hi Diane,

To clarify, you can't fax documents through SimplePractice, but you can print out blank form templates to share outside of SimplePractice with your clients. To print a Consent Document, go to Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files, then click on the eye icon to the right of the document and hit the Print button to the top right of the preview version. You can do the same thing for Intake Forms by going to Settings > Notes & Forms > eye icon > Print. You can find out more about this, or make a copy of the Google Doc with our default Intake Packet here: https://support.simplepractice.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009853112-How-do-I-print-blank-forms- ! If you'd like to fax these documents, please find a HIPAA compliant fax service that you can send and receive faxes with PHI through.
