Is there a way to have a booking buffer?

I would like to know if there is a way to make sure I'm not getting last minute on-line booking requests... like taking my on-line availability off line 1 business day before.  I don't want to encourage last minute booking and give my practice is part time, waking up to new session requests or getting session requests in the middle of the day for 2 hours later is not ideal.

I'd also like to know if there is a way for my simple practice calendar to fully synch with google.  As is, the only way to do it seems to be to use the Simple Practice Google calendar, but sometimes I have a personal appointment that I want on to be color coded in my personal calendar, and not have to go and block out the time a twice.

Hi Hafina, go to Settings >.Client Portal and change the "Clients 'Must Call to Book' Within." This way you can limit client booking to be a day, or two before the appointment start time. As for your second question, you can do a 2-way Calendar Sync with Google, but you'll have to add your Calendar events as a SimplePractice Google Calendar Event. Go to your SimplePractice account's Settings > Calendar to sync with your Google Calendar. Then, from your Google Calendar, use the Calendar icon to select SimplePractice as the event type when you create the event.
