why does simple practice not offer phone support... it's ridiculous that you can't call them for support.... does anyone have a phone number for their support team

    Hi Nunzio, we're always looking for new ways to support our customers, but at this time we don't have a live phone number. Rather than have customers wait on hold for an available team member, we offer calls by reservation. It looks like you're working with my colleague Carlos over email, I've reached out to him and marked your request as high priority. We'll email you with details about scheduling a call shortly.

    Hi Ruth,  Thank you for your answer.  Are you aware that your email contact system and your reservation for a phone call system are not working?  I have been trying to get support for a billing question for two weeks now and no one has responded to either emails or requests for a telephone call.  Karen Ray (unhappy customer)

    Hi Dr. Ray, I looked in our email logs and haven't found any emails from you in the last couple weeks. The last one was from June. Can you tell me how you've been submitting your email help requests? Are you using the ? icon in your account > Get Help, scrolling through the suggestions, click the button indicating you need more help > Contact Support > Submit an Email Help Request.? For now, I've created an email help request on your behalf and a member of our team will reach out to you shortly. Let me know if you don't hear from someone in the next day!

    Hi again Ruth,

    Cam reached out to me via email yesterday.  I was booked until 8:00 pm and so I waited until this morning to answer her.  She has not responded yet.  I still have a problem with payouts. I would still like to schedule a phone call.

    How can this happen?

She just reached out over email to find another time for you to speak, please respond to her directly so she can further assist you. Also, we've expanded our chat hours to now be Monday - Friday, 7am to 7pm PT.
