I just spent an hour on the phone with Blue Cross, a half-hour on the phone with Availity, and now I just went to call SP and can't find a phone number anywhere on their site! The site advertises phone support but the phone number to call is nowhere to be found!
The blue bubble thing in SP doesn't give me the option for any type of a phone call...only email....and playing email tag is very reminiscent of my days on AOL in the 1990s. The site also advertises reserving appointments for phone calls (never heard of such a thing), but the blue bubble thing doesn't even do that for me either. It just gives me the option of sending an email (hello 1990) or making a post on a bulletin board (hello 1980), both of which don't help at all.
I feel pretty silly now because I feel like Oliver Twist...(British accent) "Please, sir, may I have a phone number?". (Joking aside, don't advertise that you have phone support if you won't give your customers your phone number. Saying you have phone support is currently more dishonest than it is honest.)
