Highmark Payment Report Not received

    Hi Kris, sometimes it may take a couple days for the insurance payments you received to appear as Payment Reports in your client's file; however, you can manually add these payments in by going to Billing > Insurance > Add Payment. If you're still enrolled to receive Payment Reports for this payer, it maybe a good idea to delete the duplicate insurance payment once the Payment Report comes through SimplePractice. If the delay is greater than a few days, please reach out to our Insurance Team through an email Help Request to investigate further.
