forcing us to use SP telehealth?
AnsweredI do not want to use SP telehealth. I prefer zoom. When I turned SP's telehealth off (after paying $10 a month and not using it), it completely turned off as an alternative to office visits. MKeaning nobody can sign up for a telehealth visit.
Anybody have this experience? Is SP only letting us use that option with their telehealth? I certaibnly hope not.

Hi Lisa, you'll want to go to Settings > Practice Details, scroll down to the Office Locations section and hit +Office to manually add a Telehealth Office Location. Title the location Telehealth, change the Place of Insurance to 02-Telehealth and add NA in the Address Fields to indicate that the session is virtual and doesn't have a physical address. Now go to your Calendar and add Availability timeframes for this new Telehealth location. Hope that helps!

Hi Ruth. thank you! Some things on this platform are very simple and others are not.
And it's very difficult to get help from the people who work for SP. Somebody told me to pose a question with a negative heading and that would be flagged by the SP team. that's a sad way to do it-glad you intervened instead!
