Hi Lisa, you'll want to go to Settings > Practice Details, scroll down to the Office Locations section and hit +Office to manually add a Telehealth Office Location. Title the location Telehealth, change the Place of Insurance to 02-Telehealth and add NA in the Address Fields to indicate that the session is virtual and doesn't have a physical address. Now go to your Calendar and add Availability timeframes for this new Telehealth location. Hope that helps!

Hi Ruth. thank you! Some things on this platform are very simple and others are not.

And it's very difficult to get help from the people who work for SP. Somebody told me to pose a question with a negative heading and that would be flagged by the SP team. that's a sad way to do it-glad you intervened instead!

Hi Lisa, of course, glad I could help! If you ever need immediate help, the best way to get in touch is to use our Live Chat feature, or submit an email Help Request indicating you need immediate assistance. We usually respond to emails within the day, but if it's an emergency we will tag it as an Urgent request. To use our Live Chat, click the ? icon to the bottom right of your account > Get Help > Contact Support > Live Chat. Here's more on our Live Chat feature: https://support.simplepractice.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020783011-Getting-support-with-live-chat . Thanks for reaching out!

Oh my goodness-you actually are one of the SP people-apologies if that seemed rude but I find it pretty frustrating sometimes that there is no help line.
But I appreciate your prompt reply here.
