Access to the client communication platform?

Hi Kristin, you'll want to have your Account Owner change your permissions to be a Clinician with Administrator access in order to enable the Client Portal, or set appointment reminders for the practice. At this time, there's no way to enable these features based on a specific clinicians client caseload; however, your Account Owner, or a Clinician with Administrator Access can enable these features for the entire practice, then disable Client Portal access and client reminders for individual clients in their client files.
