I have a practice with around a thousand clients. I also use OK Medicaid which requires authorization linkage with the oklahoma department of mental health to the oklahoma health care authority. Which in turn means that if anyone wants to activate funding for a client an authorization has to be submitted first. In addition clasim status inquires can be run hourly to determine denials so that they can be adjusted asap. I have been trying to speak to software developers within Simple practice and have been denied, I have asked to speak with managment and was redirected to the same CSR who couldnt answer any questions. It took 3 hours for a response and the chat features keep disappearing on me. I run a 6 sigma program and this is so far a waste of my time and money. Any thoughts?
