    I am having the same problem. 

    I submitted the ERA/EFT form through Availity as we were not previously set-up for EFT. 

    Now I am now getting ERAs anymore!

    Hi Jessica, I apologize for not responding to your initial post earlier! Currently, you can only be enrolled in ERAs through one clearinghouse. I'd recommend reaching out to our Insurance Team to re-enroll in ERAs, or Payment Reports, through SimplePractice. Once you've been approved, you can always download the hard copy of the full EOB by clicking on the insurance payment in Billing > Insurance > Payments and hitting the Download EOB button to the top right. Get in touch with our Insurance Team by submitting an email Help Request!
