ERAs
AnsweredWe recently submitted an ERA form to Availity to get the BCBS eras there too so we can get a hard copy. In doing this we are now not getting any eras back to us in Simple Practice. Even though we are billing our claims to BCBS out of SP. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Jessica, to clarify, you can only enroll to receive ERAs through one platform. If you're enrolled with Availity, you won't get ERAs through SimplePractice and vise versa. To reenroll with SimplePractice, you'd need to reach out to our Insurance Team by submitting an email Help Request. Once enrolled, you can go to your Billing > Insurance > Payments page, click on an insurance payment and then hit the Download EOB button to the top right to get a hard copy of your full ERA.
