Report showing Insurance pmt + patient pmt by appt date?

I'd like to reconcile my total paid for each appointment. I see the appointment report, which is close to what I need. It shows the amt paid by patient, which is great, but instead of showing what insurance actually paid, it's showing just the total billed amount. I really need a total paid for each appt.

Something like the following fields would be helpful:

appt date

patient name

insurance paid amt

patient paid amt

total paid

  Hi Jason, if you click the "Include Insurance" box at the top of the Appointment Status Report, you'll see the amount insurance paid listed!
