    Hi Kate, at this time only the client's Primary Clinician gets notified when a client hasn't completed their intake packet. The Primary Clinician for a client can see a running list of clients that haven't completed forms sent in their Reminders tab. If you'd like Schedulers and Billers in SimplePractice to have this information included in their Reminders, I'd recommend adding it here to our Ideas and Suggestions Board: http://simplepractice.uservoice.com/ . Our Product Team often reviews customer feedback on this page when considering feature enhancements!

    How are the clinicians notified? I only get notice if they complete forms not if they don't. Then the notification doesn't let me know if they uploaded their insurance and ID. It also allows clients to not enter all necessary demographic information.

    Hi Sharon, you can go to your Reminders tab, to the left of your account, and click on the "You have X (amount of clients) that did not complete document requests" notification to see how many clients haven't completed forms you've sent them.
