Hi Andre, if you're referring to incident-to-billing, or billing under your credentials for your intern, or Supervisee, then it depends on the payer. Check out our guide on incident-to-billing here: https://support.simplepractice.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018835852-How-to-bill-insurance-under-your-supervisor-s-credentials . You can add your individual NPI in Settings > Basic Info > Clinical Info, then add your group NPI in Settings > Billing & Services, but you can only use one as your Billing NPI. Select which NPI you're billing under in Settings > Billing & Services > Insurance. If billing under your organizational NPI, the rendering provider's individual NPI will still appear next the services rendered in column J. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Shena, I'm happy to answer any general insurance questions you have, but in order to investigate your specific insurance settings, or a claim you submitted, a member of our Insurance Team will have to take a closer look. I see you were working with my colleague Marisa, I've just marked your help request as "Urgent" and alerted our Insurance Team to prioritize it. Please let me know if you don't hear from us soon, or if there are any general insurance questions I can help you with!

    Hi Ruth,

Thank you for being so kind and responsive. I would like to speak with you about insurance but I need to speak with someone to walk through it. (That would work best for me). Thanks and I hope to speak with you on tomorrow. Please let me know your availability. I would prefer to only work with you so please let me know if you are available.

    Thanks so much

Hi Shena, unfortunately I won't be able to schedule a call with you directly since I'm not on the Customer Success Team. Good news is I've verified that a member of our team will call you tomorrow! If you'd like to schedule the call at a specific time, please indicate so in the email thread you have going with our Insurance Specialist Kendyll. She'd sent you a scheduling link to use in her previous email, but if that doesn't work, you can tell her when you'll be available for a call.
