    Hi Eric, you can change the Insurance Place of Service for an Office Location by going to Settings > Practice Details, under Office Locations. However, if you change the Insurance Place of Service here, all appointments you schedule for this Office Location will have the new Place of Service associated with it. If you're billing multiple payers and only one of them requires you to use 11-Office for Telehealth sessions, it may be best to change the Place of Service manually for each claim you bill to this insurance.

    How to you change the POS manually? Some insurance companies are requiring POS 11 while other require POS 02

    Hi Tracey, you'll have to do this from the insurance claim. You can edit the POS from a claim you've created, before submitting it to the insurance payer.
