    Hi Lorin, did you also reach out to our Insurance Team to re-enroll for each insurance payer under your new EIN? If not, please submit an email Help Request to our Insurance Team to reprocess your enrollments.

    I contacted each insurance company on my own, to let them know I have an updated Tax ID. I submitted W9 forms. I've reached out to talk with the insurance team and have not received assistance.
