    Hi Mabel, our current Coverage Report doesn't always capture the specifics of a client's insurance benefit coverage. If you'd like us to work on creating a more robust insurance verification function, please upvote and comment on this feature request: https://simplepractice.uservoice.com/forums/918553-simplepractice-feedback/suggestions/36334837-check-benefits . For the time being, I'd recommend enrolling in our Payment Reports, from your Settings > Insurance > Enrollments. This way you'll at least get exact coverage information retroactively, after you've filed claims.
