Resubmitting a claim before and after it is paid

I was not paid the copay (Pandemic Waiver for RI BCBS) likely b/c I did not include the modifier 95 and CR.  How can I resolve/resubmit when it has already been paid?

ALSO, I have about 12 other claims that have not been paid out yet, can I resubmit all of them with the proper codes? i.e., will it cancel the erroneous claim, and replace it with the new one as long as I haven't been paid yet?

  Hi Jonna, I'd recommend that you actually reach out to our Insurance Team to help you resubmit these claims. Please don't resubmit these claims before working with our team. The insurance payer will likely register your resubmission as you double billing them for the same services rendered.
