I am wondering if anybody has a fee/rate increase letter template that they use to send to clients, and are willing to share?

  This letter is to inform you that, as of July 1, 2021, I will be raising my rates for therapy sessions. New rates will be as follows:

  Individual sessions 53 minutes+:  $
  Individual sessions 16-52 minutes: $
  Family/couples sessions: $

  If I bill insurance for your sessions, this rate increase may not affect you at all. If you have a standard co-pay, your co-pay should not increase. If you have a co-insurance percentage, this will increase some. Please talk to Dr. Jenkins specifically about how this will affect you directly and/or if you have any questions about this rate increase.

  I look forward to continue to work with you in treatment and to continue to be your therapy provider.
