Spacing and Underlining

Hello All,

 

I am new to simple practice and have just started creating my consent forms. I realized there seems to be no way to make more spaces between paragraphs than the default spacing. Also, I like to add a blank line for written signatures to be added in later, but I am not seeing a way to do this without screwing up the formatting. 

Does anyone have any ways to work around these things? Or perhaps I am just missing something?

  Hi Matt, happy to help. Right now, there isn't a way to add more space between paragraphs in Consent Forms. However, you don't need to add a line for client signatures - when you send your Consent Form through the Portal, the client will have a checkbox where they can eSign the form.
