Changing default note

I have created a note template that I would like to use for all my clients. I don't know how to update the default note to go to that template instead of the "simple progress note"

  Hi Lauren, happy to clarify this for you! The default Progress Note Template for a client will be the last template used to fill out a Progress Note for them. If you haven't added a Progress Note for the client yet, their default may still be the Simple Progress Note. Once you've entered a Progress Note using your custom template for a client, their next Progress Note will default to this template format. There's no way to change the default template type for all clients' Progress Notes at once.
