Hi Kevin, we have! You can now create a Couple Client in your SimplePractice account. To do this, create a client and click the Couple Client option, you can click "Add Existing Client or Contact" to add information from an existing person's profile in your account. If you want to learn more about creating a Couple Client, click here: https://support.simplepractice.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038903432-Enhanced-Client-Management-for-Couples . We're still working on a feature to better accommodate group sessions. We'll send you an email once the group feature has been released in your account.

Hi Carmen, although we've officially enabled Couples Telehealth sessions, we're still working on the Group Telehealth Functionality, to accommodate more than three participants. In the meantime, customers have successfully held Telehealth appointments for groups of more than three people by manually sharing the appointment link with each participant. I've seen customers create an individual client and name them "Group X," then create a Telehealth appointment for this client, click the appointment > Share Link > Copy Link and send it outside of SimplePractice to each person they want to include in the group session. Note, the quality of the Telehealth call depends on the device configuration and internet connection of each participant. If one participant in the call has a weak connection, or doesn't have the right device set-up for the call, then it will affect the quality of the call for all participants. We're still working on an official feature for groups, which will include Telehealth performance updates, so stay tuned for more!

I wish you should tag multiple family members in an appointment. Mom, dad and child = three. I need the system to be able to send reminders and links to everyone.

I need to do a family session with my patient and a family member who will be in a separate location.  Would I be able to do this by sending the link to the family member (who is the patient's contact), as well as to the patient?  Then would both be able to log into the session?

I'm noticing that this feed is at least 4 months old. Wondering if there is group or family in multiple locations access for telehealth at this point?

Really hoping the Simple Practice is looking to update the features of group therapy on line. The work around, although it works, is tedious and frustrating. It seems, after 2 years of Telehealth, this should be an easy fix for a company that has been able to provide so many other great features.

Please, please make is so that you can have a group by creating one and inviting all...that way they all get a message for reminder and they all have notes that are easy to put into the system.
