not receiving emails

    Hi Jean, I see you worked with my colleagues Irving and Brennan. In Irving's last email he mentioned that your email address had been filtering out SimplePractice emails as spam. 

    We recommend that you reach out to your email service provider to remove the filter. In addition, I would recommend adding the email address to your address book to ensure you receive all emails from us going forward. Email spam filters evolve and change over time, but if an email is in your address book, messages coming from that particular email address will typically go through.
