    Hi Monica, I’ve created a help request on your behalf so that a member of our Online Payments Team can help you change your Online Payments information. They’ll be reaching out to you with their findings over email. In the future you can create an email Help Request with this linked form, or use the ? icon in your account > Get Help.

    From what I have been able to find out, it seems the only way to update this information is to contact Simple Practice support personnel. I sent a help request and am waiting to hear back. Hope this helps!
