    Hi Tammy, I'd recommend clearing your browser cache, or trying to use Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox as your browser instead. Here's how to clear your browser cache.

    Then try generating another data export from your Settings > Data Export, once you're notified that your export is ready to download, go back to your Settings > Data Export to download it, make sure that it appears ready on this page too. If you're still experiencing issues downloading your Data Export, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Success Team by submitting an email Help Request. You can also reach out to them using the ? icon in your account > Get Help.
