Billing Overview
AnsweredI have royally messed up one of my client's billing overviews. I charge a no-show fee and I have gone back and forth with waiving this fee as I JUST NEED THE CO-PAY COVERED. But it seems like every time I mess with it, credits get added, and invoices are messed up. I need an overall BILLING EDIT page to make these changes. I've been tracking everything on paper and I can't get SP to line up with the right cost to send out an invoice. HELP!

Hi Kelsi, I'd recommend going to your client's Billing tab, widen the date range at the top to include all dates of service and then click New > Statement. Creating a Statement will allow you to track the charges and payments made for this client. I've created a help request on your behalf so that a member of our Customer Success Team can investigate your client's billing for you. They'll be contacting you over email!
