Billing Overview

    Hi Kelsi, I'd recommend going to your client's Billing tab, widen the date range at the top to include all dates of service and then click New > Statement. Creating a Statement will allow you to track the charges and payments made for this client. I've created a help request on your behalf so that a member of our Customer Success Team can investigate your client's billing for you. They'll be contacting you over email! In the future, if you'd like us to look into your account and investigate this client's billing for you, please use this form to submit an email Help Request on your own, or the ? icon in your account > Get Help function.
