Wanted: alert or notification when telehealth clients arrive before the therapist

I miss getting an alert when the client clicks through their link for a telehealth session prior to my opening the session. The current chime announcing the client's arrival to an already-started session is fine, but doesn't help when I want to check if someone is already waiting without opening the session myself (is there a minute for a bathroom break?) or when I've forgotten to watch the time. 

Please put this type of alert on the to-do list!

  Could this also be a solution to clients in a physical waiting room to let their therapist know they've arrived without a light system or a chime? If a therapist had the app, it could alert them to knowing their client was waiting for them.
