Rejected claim
AnsweredRejected due to the following error: DTP DTP-03 33. Reject : Dates of Service not in Insured Policy Dates. Additional Explanation: DTP03 not in policy date range (21).
I dont know what this means?

I switched from another practice management system and submitted enrollment information several times. My claims are consistently rejected by all insurance companies even though Simple Practice indicated that I could submit claims. Simple Practice shows "submitted" for three separate enrollment companies. When I call the insurance company to find out why my claims are rejected, I was told that I needed to submit claims through Beacon Health. I call Beacon Health, and they told me that they never received my enrollment information from Simple Practice.
How can I resolve this? This has been going on since I switched to Simple Practice in October 2020. -
I am having the same problems that Samuel is having. I really need help here! I also just sent in a support request. When I called Beacon they said they have no record of my enrollment and I have done it twice. This is very frustrating that we have no one to call and just have to wait.
