Emails and other features
AnsweredI would like to have the option of sending an email to a client when they have missed or canceled an appointment. I imagine that when I change the status of the appointment from show to cancel/late cancelation/no show, etc... I will have the choice to generate an email stating informing them of a missed appointment.
I would like additional search features added. It would be helpful to look up clients by telephone number or email address.

Hi Donnulette, we're working on a Confirm/ Cancel Client Reminders feature that will allow prompt clients to enter a note anytime they cancel an appointment from their reminder.
