    Hi Gayle, I'd be happy to help. You'll want to go to your Clients list on the left-hand side of SimplePractice, then select "Inactive Clients" from the drop-down menu at the top of the Client list. Locate the client that you'd like to make active again, click their name, then click Edit. You can check the "Active Client" box to make the client active again, then hit Save.
