    Is there an update on this? I'd like to sign up for InstaMed, but don't want to miss payments because of a problem with SP and IM communication. Thanks!

    Hi Cyn, if you're using InstaMed to get direct deposits for insurance payments, then this should have no effect on the Payment Reports, ERAs, or electronic EOBs, you receive through SimplePractice. If you see a discrepancy between the payments you're receiving and the ERAs that are auto-populating in your SimplePractice account, we're happy to further investigate this for you. Currently, there's no reason why you shouldn't move forward with your enrollment in direct deposit insurance payments.
