Can not create availability

I have cleared my cache and have tried to change a whole bunch of settings, however, I can not create availability. When I try, I am able to open to the fly out window and fill in when I want it and how I want it to repeat, but when I click done a little grey cancel symbol pops up and nothing happens. Please help!

Hi Matt, I've reached out to Jessica, my colleague you're working with over email, she'll be in touch soon. In the meantime, I also took a look at your account and found that you have correctly added Availability to your "Virtual Office Location," but not to your "Mailing Office Location." You'd made your Calendar display settings only show one of your Office Locations, you can change this by hitting the dropdown menu to the top right of your Calendar and clicking "All Offices" to see the Availability, or appointments booked, for both locations.
