Hi Amy, currently no, there isn't. The most automated way to include Telehealth modifiers is by adding them to your client's file > Edit > Billing and Insurance tab in their Default Service Codes section. If you'd like to see this functionality in a future enhancement, please vote and comment on this feature request: https://simplepractice.uservoice.com/forums/918553-simplepractice-feedback/suggestions/40303309-auto-populate-modifiers-from-service-coding

Amy, you can add the modifier in the client's file so that it autopopulates into the CMS 1500 form.  You just add it as a 'client default service' under the 'billing and insurance' tab of the client's info

Paul, can you be more specific. there is no option to add a modifier under 'client default service.'

above is screen shot from the bottom of the 'billing and insurance' page.   You would first need to make sure you have added the service code in your settings.  check the simple practice help to find out how to do that

Hi Christopher, you may need to first enable modifiers for your practice in Settings > Billing & Services > Insurance. Then you can add modifiers, as Paul suggested, to the client's file > Edit > Billing and Insurance, under the Client Default Services section.
