    Hi Adam, you're right, the holidays would have an impact on how fast your client's refund is processed, because national holidays are not considered business days. Therefore, it's been 7 business days since you initiated the refund on 12/21. Although there's no way for you to check on the status of a refund, our Online Payments Team can look into this for you if your client hasn't received the refund within 10 business days.
