Trouble with Switching Template

    Hi Jackie, instead of copying and pasting all your client data into the Switching Template, you could adjust your current spreadsheet to match the template. You can delete all the unnecessary rows from your spreadsheet and change the top row titles to the ones used on our template. Another option is highlighting the entire column and copying it from your spreadsheet, then highlighting the entire column in the Switching Template and pasting it. If you're still unable to complete your Switching Template, you can upload the spreadsheet you do have to your test client, J. Appleseed's client file, then contact our Switching Team for help. They may be able to still import your data using your current spreadsheet. Click the Upload button to the top right of your test client's file to upload your template.
