I typically use the App on my Android phone to Telehealth sessions, but otherwise use the desktop version. I have had on and off problems with having a scheduled Telehealth appointment appear on my computer schedule, but not appearing on my App schedule. This usually happens right as I am needing to log into the Telehealth session. It is like the appointment has been cancelled on the phone. Usually this happens just before the session, it will be visible earlier in the day and then just before the start time it is gone, but reappears after the session is over. Typically this leaves me scrambling so I have been unable to figure out what is going on after finishing the session, at which time the appointment has reappeared on the App schedule. This is happening only occasionally and it appeared to be resolved after the App was updated. Any ideas about what is going on? What should I try as a fix the next time it happens? Refreshing the schedule screen has not fixed the issue.
