Appointments disappear in Android App

    Hi Lisa, it sounds like your Calendar display settings are only showing appointments for one "Office Location," and/ or "Clinician." Sign into your SimplePractice account from your computer browser and use the dropdown menus at the top right of the Calendar to select "All Offices" and "All Clinicians."  If that doesn't seem to help, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for further investigation by submitting a Help Request

    Thanks Ruth! It appears to be already set to all locations, so if it happens again I will just submit a help ticket.
