    I just read a post from an SP employee saying you need to delete every session on your calendar and create and entirely new calendar with the new rates.

    Hi Dominique and Andrew, to clarify, you can change your rates for service codes in Settings > Billing & Services > Services, by clicking each service and editing the fee associated with it. However, these changes won't apply to previously scheduled appointments. If the appointment has already occurred, you can change it's fee by going to the client's file > Billing tab > clicking on the Appointment and changing the fee. If the appointment is scheduled to occur in the future, we recommend deleting it and recreating it so your new rate is billed. For recurring sessions, click the first appointment in the series that hasn't happened yet, hit the trash can icon in the flyout window, then select the option to delete all future sessions in the series, instead of deleting each on individually.

    So you can't just change your fees somewhere it general settings and have it apply across the board?  I am not going into my calendar and deleting entire series to change a fee, client by client....If that is required, I might as well change platforms while I am redoing everything.

    I just want a way to change the preset $100 fee to $125 for all, as a 'preset fee'.  Is this possible or no?
