I have a college student client whose parent pays for all sessions. How do I set them up in the client portal so the parent is billed and can make payment and access billing screens?

  Hi Jody, you can add the parent as a Contact in the client's file > Edit > Contacts. Then you can hit Manage > Manage Client Portal & Billing to enable Client Portal access, make them "Responsible for Billing," grant them "Access to Billing Documents" and "Pay a balance with credit card using Stripe."
