Which form (intake for new client) has the fee agreement on it? What am I missing, which form has the fee agreement on it? Help.

  Hi Christine, you can edit our default Practice Policies Consent Form to add your custom fee agreement language. To edit this form, go to Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files.
